Third Bedroom - 4.5m x 2.20m: Sofa bed with large fitted wardrobes. Is ideal 3rd bedroom but can also be used as a second small sitting room with glass sliding doors along the length.

All blinds, and lighting will also be included in the price, as will a great number of household items.

The garden is well established with a large number of typical Mediterranean shrubs and trees. There is ample parking space. The whole property is generally well-maintained and as it comes with everything ready to move in, is an bargain not to be missed.
