Also of interest, and we only at the moment have the basic details, is a large 5 Bed terraced house in a local Spanish Village that is just about to come onto the market and interestingly it can be converted Legally into 6 Two Bed Apartments.  Obviously only suitable for someone that knows what they are doing.  The price is 152,000 euros.  Details of this will only be sent on request.

Just one other interesting property that has just come onto our books is an almost finished Detached House/Villa situated at Catral on a 4,400 sq metre plot.  It has 3/4 bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Kitchen and a living area.  There are also internal stairs leading down to a large underbuild.  To finish the property it would require approximately 30,000 euros being spent on it.  Price asked is 120,000 euros.  This is not up on any of our main web pages yet.
