Montesol is a unique urbanisation situated in a quiet valley about 20 minutes drive from Granada and an hour from Málaga International airport.
All villas are individually designed, and are in plot sizes from 500 square metres offering ample space for your own swimming pool, terraces and gardens. Plots are positioned so as not to crowd this beautiful valley, and to never give a feeling of over-development. The environment will always be respected. The building is to the very highest specification, and offers the best value for such an urbanisation in Southern Spain.
The valley and the countryside views are stunning with rolling hills and blue skies and an abundance of greenery and flowers

Granada is the capital of the province of the same name.
Situated in the Eastern part of Andalucia with its warm coastal climate and mountain region of the Sierra Nevada - the former venue for the World Ski Championships. The city of Granada is situated at the foot of these mountains. It is a magnificent city dating back to the Moors crossing from the Straits of Gibraltar in 711, full of quaint narrow streets, monuments, statues, one of the finest cathedrals in Spain, superb vistas and a modern area with excellent bars, restaurants and shops.

A short distance from the city centre leads us to the red hill, and the Alhambra and the Generalife. World famous, this palace is a unqiue example of Hispano-Moorish art. A stroll through the Alhambra and to the gardens will take half a day with new new wonders to the eye around every corner. Granada, its cathedrals, the Alhambra, are not only, not to be missed - but to be visited over and over again.
