Where Are We
?
Villa Vista is situated ½ hour South of Alicante and ½ hour North
Of Murcia (San Javier) airports, just off of the A7 Autopista or the N332 Coast
Road.
We offer stunning panoramic views over lemon groves, salt lakes,
and a nature reserve, facing to the Meditterranean at Guardamar Del Segura,
which claims a World Heritage Beach status.
We are only 10 minutes from
the coast and 5 minutes to Ciudad Quesada, Rojales and 15 minutes from La Marina, where you can find a wide
selection of Restaurants, Bars, Cafes and shopping, catering to all tastes and
budgets.
Although we are in a secluded and peaceful part of Quesada,
ideal for walks, cycling etc, we are only a short drive away from the motorway,
perfect for those days out, with many attractions within a 1 hour drive.

Las Mariposas is a 200 year old farmhouse located in traditional Spain among the orange groves just outside Rojales.
Las Mariposas is located 36 kilometers south of Alicante on the Costa Blanca, just inland from Guardamar del Segura.
Set in its own secluded grounds, it offers two high-class self-catering studio apartments for renting all year round. It has a history too. It was once the home of the Count of Lo Marabu. The land it stands on, and for miles around was given to the Count by the Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte. You will enjoy the sunny climate and tranquility of this setting and the use of the owners' swimming pool.

Currently charging 25€ per person for a double or twin room or 35€ for single occupancy. Both prices include a choice of menu for breakfast,
I also have a family room within the main part of the house which has a double and single bed. Charge is 75€ for this room for three people with breakfast. If people choose not to have breakfast then each persons price is reduced by 5€.

If you want to visit friends or relatives or perhaps on a viewing trip then Abajos is perfect. Also ideal for golfers and walkers, or simply relax on the terrace by the pool.
Price €40 per couple per night including continental breakfast. A further €10 for the added single if required. Prices do not vary throughout the year.
Location : 20 minutes from Puerto de Mazarron with its sweeping bay and modern marina. Only a short drive to the Sierra Espunas ideal for walkers and nature lovers.
Just a short distance to the Camposol 18 hole golf course and the Hotel Sensol which has restaurant and bar facilities open to the public. Or spend a morning using the Balneario spa facilities.
We are also only a few kilometers from the commercial centre for banks, shops, bars and restaurants and the bars offer entertainment throughout the year.

Set in a rural area the mountains can be
seen a few kilometers away, the location is famous for it's Oranges and Lemon
Groves and just a few kilometers away there is the wine growing area of Murcia.
The Golf course is 200 yards away (not as stated 15 min walk)
There is a
Market held every Wednesday in the town of Guardamar and every Thursday in the
nearby village of Rojales. There are festivals throughout the year. For those
who wish to travel further afield there are the resorts of Benidorm, La Manga,
Alicante, and the small resorts of La Zenia, Punta Prima, Cabo Roig which are
south of Torrevieja. There are many historical places to visit ie. Orihuela,
Murcia, Elche and numerous coastal and scenic routes to take.
