carved stone (columns, cornices, dintels, etc...). The oldest buildings have a

m2 well preserved where there was a carpentry in its highest part and in its
ground floor there was a winecellar divided by a thick stony wall that kept the
wine cold.On the other side of a neighbouring way there is a little tool shed of
200 m2 with its well preservated stone walls. The country house has got a
property of 4.5 Ha of surface destinated to several tasks like gardens, fruit
trees, meadows and a centurious forest.It has its own source of water with a
